Return/Refund Policy

All customers will be presented a proof to review for all customized/imprinted products.  The item will be printed as shown on the proof.  Changes or alterations to the logo or order specifications after proof has been approved may cause additional charges.  Items imprinted and/or customized and approved by customer are not returnable.  Notify CG Marketing Group within 5 days of receiving delivery for any issues with the order.
